Actually keeping our head and neck still is the real answer and the eyes will follow. Don't miss hit the ball, keep your head and neck still, track the ball off your opponent's racquet and be sure to look at the ball when it contacts your racquet.
Work on this technique and it should eliminate your miss hits and enable you to hit sounder, better balls with every shot you play.
